Sonic Drive-In —— TV Campaign Refresh
In 2022, Sonic launched their first new scripted television campaign in over a decade.
The premise is simple: eating at Sonic transports you to another time and place

Instead of shooting the food against a boring, solid backdrop, we created something known internally as “The Sonic Place.”
Each dreamlike Sonic Place was inspired by one of the foods—like a classic hunting cabin or a retro steakhouse—and we filled the Wonka-esque rooms with Sonic-branded ephemera nodding to the ingredients. So many Easter Eggs.
